When you’re physically stronger you push your mind to get tougher. Your body can push through limits if you allow it but in most cases the mind has the tendency to give up before your body does. When you push through the limitations of the mind through physical exertion, the bitch in your mind starts to break down. Every time you go to the gym you are breaking down all the weak habits in your life and getting closer to your greatest version.

1. Mental Health

Staying fit is great for one’s mental health. It makes you more optimistic and worry less about things. Your mental energy through out the day increases and staying focus and alert helps you to become more present. The one thing that I benefit most from having a great mental health is that my mind is clear of brain fog. Having brain fog kills any performance, whether it’s a mental or a physical challenge.

2. Mental Strength

We all need the mental strength to over come harsh circumstances. Having this state of mind builds your character with all the strong attributes, such as courage, confidence and assertiveness. When you are physically fit you break down the weaker version of you and build on the best version of you. Having mental strength breaks your comfort zones and is needed in situations where you can adapt.

 

3. Confidence

 

Facing ourselves is one of the greatest challenges we have to deal with everyday. Overcoming excuses and resistance turns into supreme confidence. Here’s why, when you confront fear everyday it no longer serves its purpose in your mind. Fear comes from not knowing what’s going to happen next and being confident allows you to trust that everything will be ok no matter what. Often our mind creates illusions that make us delusional and doubt ourselves. The more you workout in the gym the more resistance you overcome in life.

 

4. Self-Worthy

 

When you value yourself everyone values you. You need to be your own cheerleader when you have doubts in your life. The more you respect the process of a goal the higher your self-worth becomes. When you are seeing results in the gym be prepared for others to notice. Some may say you should stop because your arms are getting too big. Understand that your new look is going to remind people of their excuses and failures. The best part of looking fit is that you also inspire people to change.

 

5. Depression Killer

I saved this one for last because we all suffer from this low emotion time to time. I realized that depression creeps in when our desires don’t meet our reality. This is why you have to go after what you want in life right now. When you treat your body well chances are you will treat your business and other areas in life the same way. Life will always be optimistic when you kill depression and the only way to kill it is to get closer to your goals everyday. Being physically active impacts your life in massive ways.

    So much about the gym. I do think is all about building body fitness physically. truly I can reason it that when one is physically fit it goes further to increase self confidence and other things mentally.
